Frequently Asked Questions

Boarding & Pricing

What boarding options do you offer?

Stall boarding and pasture boarding. Stalls are available on a limited basis, and each one opens onto a large, shared paddock. Pasture board is full-time turnout with shelter, shade, and water always available. We currently have availability for both.

What's included in board?

Twice-daily feeding, unlimited coastal hay, watering, and daily turnout for every horse. Stall boarders also get daily stall cleaning. All boarders have access to the covered arena, jump standards, round pen, and wash rack. Grain and alfalfa hay, if you want either, are purchased separately by the owner.

What does board cost?

Pasture boarding is $450/month. Stall boarding is $700/month. Trailer storage is available for $50/month, whether you board on pasture or in a stall.

Do you have stalls or pasture spots available right now?

Yes — we currently have availability for both stall and pasture boarding.

Facility & Care

What riding facilities can I use?

A fenced arena, jump standards, and a round pen. The property is set up for daily schooling, not just turnout.

Do I need to bring my own trainer, or is one available on-site?

We don't have a trainer on-site, so you're welcome to bring your own.

Who feeds and turns out my horse?

Farm staff handles twice-daily feeding, watering, and daily turnout for every horse. Stall boarders also get daily stall cleaning.
