About Black Canyon Stables
Black Canyon Stables is a family-run boarding facility, not a corporate operation — we live and work on this property, and it shows in the day-to-day care. We offer both stall and pasture boarding. Stalls are available on a limited basis, and each one opens onto a large, shared paddock, so no horse is stuck standing in a box all day. Every horse has access to shade and fresh water at all times.
The property is built for actual riding, not just storage: a fenced arena, jump standards, and a round pen. Whether you're keeping up with training or giving your horse a place to relax between rides, the facility is set up to support it.
Premium Boarding Services
Every horse gets twice-daily feeding, unlimited coastal hay, watering, and daily turnout. Stall boarders also get daily stall cleaning. Amenities on the property include a covered arena, round pen, and wash rack, built to make boarding here as comfortable as possible for your horse.
Grain and alfalfa hay, if you want either, are purchased separately by the owner.
